These Three Actions needed for HR

There are Three actions that HR must do if they are sincere in changing a workplace environment which has been demoralized by a workplace bully boss.  Not only the targets of the bully boss but the witnesses and co-workers have all been affected by the negativity and tension in the workplace.  Everyone has been experiencing the stress and uncomfortable conversations, meetings, and luncheons. No one is relaxed and everyone is less productive. Absenteeism is up, and humor is nonexistent.  Here are the three actions necessary:

First: HR must Listen to workers complaints objectively

Second: HR needs to bring in outside interventionists who can help everyone heal; trust will need to be regained after serial bully boss incidents

Third: Appreciation and Recognition and Trust if the organization wants the same from the employees they also must give that which they ask to the workers.
